Can I bring my dog to the shopping mall?

How can I get to Hegyvidék Shopping Mall?
Hegyvidék Shopping Mall is a three-minute walk from Apor Vilmos tér. One entrance can be approached from Apor Vilmos tér, the other one opens from Szendi árok. Hegyvidék Shopping Mall is easily accessible with public transport with buses 102, 110 and 112 (Apor Vilmos tér), and trams 59, 59A, 59B (Apor Vilmos tér).
Where can I park?
In our underground parking lot and the surrounding streets, according to the rules of the parking zone. For information about the underground parking lot, see the Parking Regulations.
When is the car park open?
It is open 24 hours a day.
Where can I pay for parking in the underground parking lot?
On all floors, by using the automatic pay station near the elevators. You can pay both by cash and credit card.
What should I do if I lose my parking ticket?
Press the “lost ticket” (elveszett jegy) button on the pay station to settle your parking fee.
Can I pay everywhere with a credit card at Hegyvidék Shopping Mall?
Yes, credit card payment is available throughout the shopping mall.
Who can I contact if I need first aid?
If you need first aid, you can report it to the guard service on level P2 of the underground parking lot.
Can I charge my phone in the mall if it runs out of battery?
Yes, we have two mobile charging stations, located on the ground floor and on level P1 of the underground parking lot.
If I find a lost item, who can I give it to?
Lost property can always be handed in at the guard desk on level P2.
