Magyar Posta is Hungary's universal postal service provider, offering postal services that meet the basic needs of its customers at 2,700 post offices and 350 mobile postal services nationwide.
You can post letters and postcards at the post office or you can drop them into the easily recognizable red street boxes throughout the country. Since February 2019, you can track your mail on the posta.hu website and mobile app too. Magyar Posta is the market leader in the courier, express and parcel (CEP) market. Packages can be delivered to your doorstep or you can choose a pick-up point from over 3,200 locations nationwide. Magyar Posta also offers an electronic solution for cheque payments: the iCsekk application is very popular, as it allows cheques to be paid conveniently in seconds, anywhere, anytime.
